A cornerstone to building a successful, well balanced financial plan is the recognition that everyone’s life and economic situation is unique. Whether it be purchasing a first home, planning for retirement, or preparing for a child’s college education, Jeff takes the time to understand his client’s unique goals so he can educate them on how best to position themselves to achieve those goals.
His primary focus is working with medical professionals, but Jeff has never been one to shy away from stepping outside of the box and helping anyone who asks for his assistance. He has always been a strong believer in helping others and he gives credit to having that mind set to his parents, and to being a member of the Boy Scouts for 10+ years.
Jeff became an Eagle Scout in 2006 while in High School and continued his involvement in the community when he went to college at The University of Oregon by joining the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. You can ask Jeff about important decisions made in his life and one decision he will always reflect back to is the day he decided to join Sigma Alpha Epsilon. The everlasting connections and friendships he made in the Greek Life community is something he considers to be “priceless.”
After graduating from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance he landed a job with Finity Group not long thereafter. Once he got established for a few years in his practice he gained the Certified Retirement Counselor designation in 2016 from the International Foundation of Retirement Education. In the fall of 2022, he followed that up with gaining the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. These acknowledge Jeff has a commitment to the financial and retirement planning profession, and an adherence to a code of ethics and continuing education.
In his free time you can find him riding his bike around town, skiing on the mountain, going to concerts, or simply hanging out with family and friends in the Portland area. Jeff is also an avid traveler as he has had the opportunity to visit more than 20 countries and he hopes to continue seeing different parts of the world throughout his life.
