Michael knows the work he does can have a lasting impact in the lives of his clients and that by first building a proper plan, financial decisions become that much easier. However, getting to that point can present a challenge for many individuals, given the everyday demands of careers and family. Michael works to alleviate the stress by partnering with his clients so they have a trusted resource at their side; one that can help to both efficiently develop the plan to start, and then follow through with keeping the strategy aligned with future goals.
Michael operates within Finity Group’s independent structure to provide advice and recommendations. In 2018, he became a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. His clients are comforted knowing that he carries no propriety ties or relationship with any specific financial organization. This frees him to educate first on strategies before helping to then select the most appropriate financial vehicles to put their plan in motion.
Michael graduated from the University of Washington, with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing tennis, basketball, and hiking around the greater Seattle area.

In the fall, he devotes his time to “Purple Saturday” as he passionately cheers on Husky football. He is also an avid foodie and is always on the search for the next hole-in-the-wall spot.

A cornerstone to building a successful, well balanced financial plan is the recognition that everyone’s life and economic situation is unique. Whether it be purchasing a first home, planning for retirement, or preparing for a child’s college education, Jeff takes the time to understand his client’s unique goals so he can educate them on how best to position themselves to achieve those goals.
His primary focus is working with medical professionals, but Jeff has never been one to shy away from stepping outside of the box and helping anyone who asks for his assistance. He has always been a strong believer in helping others and he gives credit to having that mind set to his parents, and to being a member of the Boy Scouts for 10+ years.
Jeff became an Eagle Scout in 2006 while in High School and continued his involvement in the community when he went to college at The University of Oregon by joining the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. You can ask Jeff about important decisions made in his life and one decision he will always reflect back to is the day he decided to join Sigma Alpha Epsilon. The everlasting connections and friendships he made in the Greek Life community is something he considers to be “priceless.”
After graduating from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance he landed a job with Finity Group not long thereafter. Once he got established for a few years in his practice he gained the Certified Retirement Counselor designation in 2016 from the International Foundation of Retirement Education. The designation acknowledges Jeff has a commitment to the retirement planning profession, and an adherence to a code of ethics and continuing education.
In his free time you can find him riding his bike around town, skiing on the mountain, going to concerts, or simply hanging out with family and friends in the Portland area. Jeff is also an avid traveler as he has had the opportunity to visit more than 20 countries and he hopes to continue seeing different parts of the world throughout his life.

Owen has been fascinated with the financial world for as long as he can remember. It started with a childhood obsession with sports statistics, which inspired him to try to explain how the world works through numerical and statistical analysis. As a member with Finity Group, Owen hopes to share this perspective with his clients, helping them to better understand and navigate the language of the finance industry, while also teaching them how to employ these principals to reach their short and long-term goals.
Owen had the opportunity to become Finity Group's first intern during his final year of undergraduate education. He saw a culture that puts clients first, seeking to educate and translate financial language such that clients could make well-informed decisions to pursue their goals and ease their concerns. He knew that Finity was the ideal place to begin a career in financial planning and accepted a full-time position. Now, working alongside senior advisors and the rest of the team, Owen is in a position to leverage his interest and experience as he helps his clients form fully-realized financial strategies.
Owen graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark College with a B.A. in Economics, as well as a minor in theater. In his spare time, Owen enjoys playing and following soccer, hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with his dogs.

John was first drawn to finance at an early age due to his father’s passion for personal investing. In 2008 this backfired when his family experienced a huge financial burden due to the housing crisis. John wanted to ensure that this never happened to him again, so he decided to take a deeper dive into the world of finance and with these experiences, found himself a natural in the world of financial planning.
John aligned himself with Finity Group during his junior year at Oregon State University as an intern. After completing his licensure by obtaining the Series 7 & 66 and earning his Life & Health Producers license that summer, he became immersed in Finity’s culture and knew this would be the place to launch his practice. John continued his education in the industry by earning the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies which certifies he has specialized knowledge of fiduciary standards of care and their application to the investment management process.
John earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance at Oregon State University. While at Oregon State, John was a member of the Finance Club and the Consumer Goods Sector Leader with the Oregon State Investment Group. John accredits much of his success within college to Sigma Phi Epsilon where he was active within his fraternity and within the community. John continues to stay involved within his fraternity as an active member on the Oregon Alpha Alumni Board where he helps shape and mentor current undergrads.
John recognizes that when it comes to financial planning, it often is too easy to get caught up in life and to ignore red flags in your plan. It also can feel like you don’t know how to fix the problem, nor who to turn to. Understanding this, John is a major proponent of education first when meeting with clients and wants them to understand all angles of a given recommendation to make the best decision for themselves and their families.
In his free time John enjoys tennis, golfing, softball, and spending time with friends and family. He also makes it a point to give back to the community by educating undergraduates at local universities the basics of financial planning to give them the tools they need to succeed to make sound financial decisions today and later in life.

Levi’s path to Finity Group started years earlier as he often pitched in to help friends and family around their farms. He worked alongside those closest to him loading hay bales, building fence, running irrigation and performing various tasks dedicated to the farm’s success. These were efforts focused beyond the immediate season, with a goal to create a long-term, sustainable plan for each farm’s future. Levi saw firsthand the power of having a plan of action. Moreover he learned how to address issues while becoming a trusted resource to those relying on him. As he entered college, Levi pursued a degree in Economics. With his economic background coupled with his passion for problem solving and helping others, financial planning was a natural fit.
In starting with Finity Group, Levi saw the opportunity to join an organization that shared his passion to help others and was drawn to Finity’s team atmosphere and “shirt off your back” mentality. Levi is seeking to establish professional, long-term, relationships with clients built on a foundation of trust, hard work, and integrity. He looks to address client goals and concerns by educating them on material that is tailored to their specific needs. Levi is proud to have accepted a career with Finity Group and finds comfort in joining such a close knit community.
Levi graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Economics. His degree is complimented by a minor in Business Administration, as well as, a minor in Computer and Information Technology. In 2017, Rachelle decided to change her career path and join Finity Group as a Financial Advisor. Prior to joining the Team, Rachelle worked as a Regional Administrator in the environmental consulting field. She spearheaded billing and accounting operations but was much more interested in personal finance. She has loved every minute of learning about the industry, building her business, and working directly with clients at Finity Group.
The transition to the financial services industry and especially Finity Group has been challenging and incredibly rewarding for Rachelle. Her practice is built on personal relationships with her clients and helping them develop strategies to secure their financial futures. She is particularly interested in helping female clients to advocate for themselves given that women still only make 80 cents on the dollar compared to their male counterparts. This all starts with building a foundation of financial literacy for all her clients and empowering them to make sound decisions. She holds her FINRA Series 7, NASAA Series 66, and Life & Health producer certificates.
Every spare moment of Rachelle's life is spent with her husband, Nick, and their three-year old daughter, Colette. They enjoy exploring their own little corner of the world and sharing new experiences. Everything is new and exciting when you’re three!

A career in financial planning came into perspective for Cole in his later high school years, when he started taking business courses at his local community college. Analyzing data in its many forms and optimizing decisions and situations to make people happy and find a better way, no matter the context, was what really interested him. Of all the majors, finance and its varying career paths offered Cole the best chance to support those passions and put his skills to good use.
While completing his degree in finance at the University of Washington’s Foster School Business, Cole interned for Finity Group for a Summer and fell in love with their take on financial advising as an ethical way to make a major, positive impact on people’s lives and have fun doing it. Cole carries those same ethical standards of honesty, integrity, and transparency in his practice, offering comprehensive, and tailored guidance and financial education.
Outside of his career, Cole enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, video games, practicing mindfulness through meditation, spending time with his friends, and watching sports. He closely follows the Washington Huskies, Seattle Mariners, Seahawks, and Cascades.
Peggy has built her practice working with female practice (veterinarians, doctors and attorneys) and small business owners. At age 53 she made a career change when she saw, first-hand, the effect life events had on women’s financial security. She realized there were very few female financial advisors and financial advisors who could relate to the different planning needs of women and LGBTQ. She also learned that women want a more collaborative and educational approach to planning. Peggy’s clients are smart forward-thinking women who have made the right moves and put the pieces together: their business, their life, their goals and beliefs, even their savings and your retirement account. But once that they have the pieces, struggle with how to fit them together into one cohesive picture that they understand.
Peggy is lifelong athlete. She was an Highschool All American Swimmer and a member of the Women’s National Waterpolo Team. She has also competed in Outrigger Canoe, Team Handball and Dog Agility. As an athlete, trainer and coach, Peggy uses a coach’s approach with her clients. She knows how to inspire women to take control of their financial plan. She works collaboratively with her client’s other advisors (CPA’s, Attorneys, Mortgage Brokers, etc.) to put together a plan where her clients can make manage their own money, live the lifestyle they want today and feel confident about their tomorrow.
Peggy earned her BA in Economics at Stanford and a certificate in Project Management from San Diego State University. She holds her FINRA series 7, NASAA Series 66 and Life & Health producer certifications. Peggy is an active member in BNI, the Greater Seattle Business Association (GSBA) and the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) where she certified as an LGBT Business Enterprise.
Outside of work, Peggy is very active and is passionate about her dogs. She competes with them on a national level in dog agility. Peggy’s wife Desiree also competes in dog agility and is a national and world champion and trainer who travels the world competing with her dogs and training others how to handle their dogs.
